How It Works
Muscle Activity Detection
We measure spinal muscle activation in real time.
Intelligent Imbalance Analysis
We detect asymmetric recruitment and compensation patterns.
Guided Neuromuscular Correction
We provide targeted feedback to support balanced movement.
Built on Clinical Foundations
Spinal asymmetry often develops through subtle, long-term imbalances in muscle recruitment. Surface electromyography (EMG) enables non-invasive measurement of these activation patterns. By identifying asymmetric firing and compensatory strategies, Spine-Sync provides data-driven feedback designed to support neuromuscular balance over time.

THE FUTURE OF SPINE HEALTH
Our Story
SpineSync was founded by Lizzy Armstrong and Manuela Coronado after living through scoliosis themselves. We know what it feels like to leave appointments with more questions than answers. To be given generic exercises and told to wait. To look at an X ray and be told the curve had changed, but never understand which muscles were driving the problem in the first place.
We were told the structure of our spine, but we knew nothing about the muscles controlling it. No personalised plan. No clear direction. No way to track whether anything was truly improving. It felt confusing and powerless.
We did not want spinal health to be something only a few people could afford to deeply understand. Not just those who can pay thousands for private muscle scans and personalised therapies. We wanted improvement to be possible at home. Measurable. Guided. Within reach.
So we built SpineSync. To reveal what your muscles are actually doing. To monitor progress over time. To guide corrective action. To give you back control.
Because no one should feel lost in their own body.
